Customer Log In Instructions

STAT-MED's Secure Log-On features access to current patient lists, past rentals, pricing, invoices, and more for authorized staff members. All patient information is 128-bit encrypted to ensure HIPAA compliance.

Log-In at left to use the Secure Log-In features.

User = statmed
Password = statmed

Patient List Features:

Choose "Patient List" in the "Logged In As" block at the left side of the screen. The default patient list is the Open (current) Patient List in alphabetical order by patient last name. This list is updated daily showing all activities completed the previous business day.

Use the Patient List pull down arrow to select Open (current) Closed (historical), or All Patients (current and historical), followed by the search button to display your choice.
To view or print all rentals for a desired date range, choose All Patients and using the "select" buttons enter the desired start and end dates.
Click on the column headings as desired to sort by the indicated parameter. For example, using this feature allows one to do a search by Stat-Med Serial number, Start Date, or Room Number.

Once sorted to your satisfaction, use your browser's print function to print out the complete list.

Other Features:

Click on "Files" at the left side of the screen in the "Logged In As" block to access files that may be made available for authorized users. This may include your price list, prior month invoices, or Quick Reference Guides for your rental equipment.
Clicking on the appropriate file will allow you to view or download these files in Adobe Acrobat format.
Rows highlighted in green indicate discount pricing is in effect.
