Service Technicians:
  • Tiered pre-employment screening and interview process
  • Pre-employment physical
  • Pre-employment drug testing
  • Pre-employment background check
  • Pre-employment DMV reports (must have a clean record for 5 years)
  • 90 day probation period
  • Three month training program on operation, repair and maintenance for all equipment
  • All repairs are done with original parts and manuals
  • All equipment repairs are documented as being returned to manufacturer’s specifications
  • Trained on Quality Control process and Fluke LT544 electrical safety analyzer
  • Trained on proper in servicing of equipment
  • Trained in the proper handling of soiled equipment and infection control
  • Trained on cleaning and disinfection procedures
  • Post accident and random drug testing
  • HIPAA training and compliance

Office Personnel:
  • Tiered pre-employment screening and interview process
  • Pre-employment drug testing
  • Pre-employment background check

  • Three month training program on equipment types and functions
  • Trained on all facets of order taking, customer service, and patient / caregiver complaint resolution
